They may have the worst customer service I have ever seen.

We have been Verizon/Alltel customers for over 20 years and I am baffled by the awful treatment/service received by Tayla/Taylor/Taylen and by the store manager, Aaron. I have never been treated with such disrespect and experienced a "customer service" rep that was so rude and UNWILLING to help. When I was trying to explain the situation over the phone (my husband was in store) she was disgustingly rude from the start and would not let me even complete a sentence without talking over me...when I stated that I believe their reps need some re training, she YELLED at me, said she wasn't going to allow me to speak of her coworkers that way and said she was banning us from the store and noting on our account that I was hostile....HAHA...she was a COMPLETE JOKE!!! When I personally went to the store later to file a complaint with the manager (after corporate confirmed that little girl on a power trip does not have the authority to say I cannot go in the store) he had no interest in my opinion and cut me off as well saying he heard what had happened from his rep and would not aknowledge anything I had to say....so I guess the customers feedback DOESN'T matter? He was extremely rude as well and refused to give me the correct name of the female rep...how do you run a business without offering associates names for feedback? What is the point in having a manager who will not listen to the customer? My husband advised the elderly gentleman in line before him was also the victim of this girl's disrespect/foul mouth! How does Verizon employ individuals like this? These reps are supposed to be the face of the company when they are in the presence of customers and this is how these 2 employees are representing Verizon...very shameful. I will be filing a formal written complaint to corporate about our dis heartening service and will take this as far as I need to until something is done about this.

Brendan at this store is the guy to go to, was helpful, and knew all the products and plans. Was very straightforward about pricing and what the best options are.

Store manager is a jerk. Also lady in the back desk at the store was yelling at someone about wasting her time. Never again will I go to this store, I’ve been shopping there for years. Overall store service was went into the gutter. I called Verizon, way better people to deal with over the phone.

Yes it is but not a recommended one. People are snotty, there is never enough staff and they tell you one thing, but your bill ALWAYS reflects the incorrect info (usually way higher than you anticipated. ) The Council Bluffs store at Metro Crossing is also a corp. store with the same issues. There is one corp. Store at Shadow Lake Town Center in Papillion NE that is professional, prompt, and has their act together. If you need a corporate store that's where I would go. The other two it's at least a two-hour chunk of your time and sometimes you're not any better off than when you walked in the door. Hope that helps.
My mom is almost 80. We have her on Verizon using a Samsung S4. It is nice with a very reliable network and apps that let us keep tabs on her. My dad has dementia. He has a jitterbug. They have their own nvno . Might even be Verizon. It is very limited use. My recommendation is the Samsung line on Verizon. With some help, their phones are very customizable to most everyone's needs.
