Horrible company that doesn't seem to care. Our machine has not been working for about 2 weeks now and they still have not fixed it. No one is able to make any purchase with a credit card because the reader does not work. The horrible app compounds this problem, it will not let me sign into my account and gives me an error every time but it lets me log into the website on the computer just fine. When logging in on the computer you cannot get the barcode for your CK card, you can only get that on the app, so that route is also off the table since their app won't work. The 1% of the time that their stuff actually works they are good, the other 99% is horrible. I wish my company would chose a different vendor.
