What a pleasant surprise! I recently stopped at the 76th and Dodge location of Verizon and was met by my favorite Store Manager, Jesse Hill. Mr. Hill took care of my previous needs at a Bellevue location 9 months ago and has since taken his talents to Omaha. He provided me with a screen protector that will ensure that I have continued success with my hardware. Customer service of this quality is the reason I stay with Verizon. Thank you Mr. Hill, you are truly Above All Doubt!

I came into this location thinking I had set up an appointment but I ended up mixing up the dates. However the group of workers at the front were like that's no problem we will get you right in. I had intentions of looking for a new phone, but within 40 minutes total from when I entered to when I left with my new iPhone 14 pro, George did an outstanding job with me. He seemed young, however he was one of the best Verizon representatives I've had the pleasure to have work with me. So friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Would reccommend him to anyone and definitely would go back to him. 5/5 for George!!!

Ther service at this location is beyond horrible. Sitting around waiting for someone to help while the staff hangs out in the back out of sight. Ridiculous!!!!

Bait and switch. Adverised free iPhone but when I got there I was told "That's just a come on to get you in the store so you'll buy something else." Salesperson promised they would transfer my data from old phone to new so I made an appointment to return to have that done. When I got there I was told their policy had changed and they were not allowed to transfer my data. They eventually did transfer my data but not correctly. I have had the phone now for four days and it does not work as it should. Phone is going back tomorrow. I've been with Verizon for nearly 40 years but I'll be going somewhere else from now on! What I would do is Call customer service and ask for tech support. They will tell you the answer I was very in satisfied with the Verizon store in Sioux City Iowa 2weeks ago.

You do not have to make an appointment. You are greeted at the door, they ask you how could they help you, you tell them and they ask for your name, get your number and add you to the waiting list if you need an assistant.
Just show up.
