Lexus of Omaha did an amazing job with my 2011 Lexus GS350. At first, I wasn't too happy about my car being down for the weekend because of necessary maintenance, but Nick reassured me that everything would be taken care of. I was glad to hear that I would be supplied with a loaner vehicle to cover me over the weekend! My loaner was really.nice and I enjoyed it. I get great service from everyone at Lexus. They provide a comfortable waiting lounge and always keep me informed about the progress of any repairs or service. They explain what they did and remind me of and issues that may need attention in the near future. If the service will take longer than a couple hours they provide a loaner. I have purchased three vehicles at Lexus of Omaha and have had them all serviced solely at their service department. They are knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and dependable. I recommend them highly!

In the past, I have dealt with many car dealers/sales people. By far, I had the best experience with Lexus of Omaha. Joel was a true professional. Very knowledgeable, man. The best part, no pressure tactics, no hidden cost, no nonsense talk. The sale process was made easy and straight forward. Even though I had to wait about 1.5 month for my Lexus, it was worth a wait. I was updated on regular basis on the status of my car. Joel went above and beyond to make this process of buying my Gx460 a very pleasant one. Again, very good experience with Lexus of Omaha.

Every staff member is masked. Plenty of sanitizer easily accessible. Very clean throughout
We have resumed our complimentary car wash on a limited bases. Please call our service department to schedule an appointment. We wish to keep it limited so we don’t have to many customers in the waiting area so we may practice social distancing for everyone’s safety.
We are currently doing for car going through service. Once we feel it is safe for our customers and our employees we will be doing courtesy car washes again. Thanks
You might need to replace your AC unit. Its the device that blows cold air. Maybe you need to just clear some gunk hopefully, to save you money
Daniel, Thanks for your question. Your 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are complimentary. It also includes a car wash. You can wait in our lounge and relax with a cup of coffee, soda, water or juice. We also have pastries, fruit, cookies and other snacks available.
