the unknown mystery

Bad customer service and ignorance received from the manager Lori. Returned my mail because my box was full with mail that they placed in there for other addresses and people I don't know.I am a fair person and I bothered by small matters but when you start attacking me unwarrantedly it is a whole different ball game.The post office is generally a peaceful place and the last place I thought I'd have an argument with someone.On the positive side,I thank Orelly for tending to my concerns in a professional manner.

Visited for Appointment for my passport. I was greeted as soon as I approached the counter by Juneau. She was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. I just want to thank her for providing a great customer experience. This location is a hidden jem.

Every time I send a package with a pre paid label through this post office in town there is a problem and they can't send it. I can take it to any other post office and no problem sends right away. I will never use this one in town for anything, leave it to Browns Mills post office to be a problem. I guess it's the area or the water here 😑

I have lived at my address for more then 15 years. I still have to bring mail to the post office and tell them for the 20th time who resides at my address since they still deliver mail that belongs to the people who lived here before me.
