Unfortunately I had to make a visit to the QuickCare today. Front office staff were friendly, nurse who took my vitals was ever so kind and Dr. Nguyen was so thorough. It was a quick visit but so appreciated the kindness given by the staff. Thank you!!

My son had an allergic reaction and we went to the UMC Quick Care and Dr. Hansen, Veronica and Pnscilla Neeka, helped him right away, they were so nice and friendly, I was so surprised that the way they took care of my son right away. I definitely recommend for you to go there.

Updating my old review. Last week I gave this place 2 stars because "doctor" Hansen was rude and inconsiderate with terrible patient handling. But today we took our 2-year-old child to a real doctor, and found out that doctor Hansen also has misdiagnosed our child. After 2-hour wait in the waiting room, $50 co-pay and his rude conversation, because of him, we gave our child antibiotics she didn't need for 4 days. (Pharmacy bill was also $27 with insurance). Of course, the situation with our 2-year-old didn't get any better. So, now I am giving 1 star to the place. I will never bring my children here ever again.

Terrible doctor (I think Dr. Hansen). If parents bring their 2-year-old to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and see a doctor, it means they are concerned. When they ask you "how you can tell it's not something worse" (no matter how ridiculous it is to you), you could do better than "because it's different. I went to school, and I know" and walk away from the patient. It would be nice as a parent to get a short explanation, so we know what to look for the next time or sleep better in general. We were not making a statement, or questioning the doctor, only asked how "different" it is exactly. Doctor literally waived at me with rude gesture and walked away. That's all we got after a 2 hour wait and $50 co=pay.

Thanks for the question! There is no appointment necessary for Quick Care visits. However, you can make an appointment with our Primary Care team at this location by calling 702-383-CARE (2273).
I think probably not. I actually needed an ultrasound two weeks ago and they sent me to another place.
The Peccole Ranch Quick Care team would be more than happy to answer any billing or insurance questions! You can reach this team directly at (702) 383-3850. Thank you!
