Have had multiple issues with damage occurring at the Des Moines facility. Have also had multiple situations where the Des Moines facility has sent a package to Minneapolis when it just arrived at their sort facility from Minneapolis. When I call to ask about the damage that occurred, they tell me to contact the sender. I cringe when I know a package of mine has to go through the UPS facility in Des Moines.

When I've had a delivery from UPS it seems that the driver's can't read the address on the label vs the address of the house that they leave my package at. I've called several times and talked with a supervisor for the delivery drivers. I got told we will talk to the drivers about this. I've also been told well it's probably going to continue to happen as the drivers only have so much time to deliver. I told them that they need to get the packages to the right address and pay attention to the address of the house vs the address on the label. FedEx & the USPS never have an issue of getting my packages to me. I've told UPS management that I'm going to start billing them for my time of having to go get my packages from where they deliver them to. They (UPS) ALWAYS deliver my packages to my neighbors house. Apparently UPS will hire anyone who is upright and breathing. Worst delivery service around.
