Though there was a little wait, once I saw the doctor I felt the care was professional and accurate. Dr. Budge was knowledgeable and sincerely cared for my well being.

The receptionist named jasmine is extremely rude and sort of defer my visiting, as all she wants to do is playing her phone and very impatient to answer any of my questions. She said I need to wait for 2 hours. The truth is there is no patients waiting that day. The whole experience is very bad. I would not go to this place again.

Care Now Urgent Care has the word care in its name twice. They don't care. Rarely have I seen such a combination of incompetence and lack of care in a supposed healthcare facility. I can forgive the mis-diagnosis of an ear infection. I can forgive the fact that they lost record of my visit five days after I went there. What I can't forgive is their lack of effort and cynicism exhibited by their front desk. They insisted that they had no record of my visit, even after I pointed out the doctor and nurse that I had seen. They made no effort to see if they had entered my name improperly or ask the doctor or nurse if they recognized me. I can even see the reason why they would not want to bother the doctor. What I don't understand is why the woman at the front desk would take my name and number and promise a call back when she obviously had no intention of doing so. This was the second call I was promised from the facility. The first was after my ear was still running after five days of antibiotics that had been prescribed in error because the infection turned out to be fungal (which antibiotics have no effect on.) After not receiving any call back, I went to the facility and asked if I could get another prescription and perhaps some drops to quell the infection. That was when I was told that they had no record of my visit. There was absolutely no effort to solve the problem. The women at the front desk treated me like a homeless person that walked in off the street, even though they had a record of me visiting them in August of this year. They displayed no sense of responsibility for a patient in need. Instead, she cynically took my name and number and promised a call back from her supervisor. I'm sure she deposited the post it note in her wastebasket as soon as I left. Great care from a care facility. Another sad facet of this is the cynical woman taught her younger coworker that this is the way you deal with problems.

I always like coming to this urgent care… not just when I am sick but when I need some lab works or screening. It’s not busy and the service is quick, not mention, so far, the employees are nice!

Well I have a serious issue and it's not COVID. I wanted to be prepared for my visit but I guess prepared isn't in anymore.
I would call and ask.
