From now until MARDI GRAS prices will be reasonable, but will increase for Mardi Gras. Just check and see, you may get a great deal. You will be delighted with the grounds. Its literally out in the middle of nowhere, but shopping, I10 and Daqueri shop close by.

Yes..our rv is 40 ft..so we saw smaller ones..dont know rates now. It's pretty pricy not really worth it, far from French quarter.
