I would leave five stars if not for the disgusting dog park, which needs to be looked after and policed (I cleaned out ten bags of… stuff). Not cheap, but great location with a $17 Uber to the French Quarter. RV site was OK, difficult to back into because of a light pole and tight quarters, but they were nice enough to help us out. I don’t have issues backing up, but a pull through or a waterfront site is my recommendation if you’re marginal on driving skill or have a longer rig.

Water pressure so low our washing machine would not work. Had to use out of fresh tank. Prices you pay here this should not be the case. No response from office after contact.

I cannot stress how much we loved it here. Super affordable and clean. Very relaxing place. They have rental cottages, rv park and campsites. Pool, hot tub, pool tables, restaurant and gift shop on site. Uber and shuttles (both available) were a great way to see the city without having to worry about parking or driving around. Thank you for a great get away.

We recently stayed at this "RV" resort. This campgrounds does not look at all like the pictures. We were told they were the artist rendition. WOW! Very dissappointing. Also no WIFI as advertised...overpriced...

No wifi, washing machines and dryers don't work, vending machines don't work, no money in the atm, security is not around as advertised. It's in a sketchy part of town. My car actually got stolen from here. Will make another post with details.

How do you advertise free wi fi?. I've been there several times and have never been able to connect? A lady behind the counter advised me that some residents are streaming and that's why it was hard to connect. How is that my problem?

I go there twice a year and have been right under the wi-fi -- nothing. We've been told the last two times that they're supposed to be fixing it. Idk about streaming. We haven't been told that. I love it there. I just can't get the free wi-fi.
