If you have a disability this is not the place for you. I tried to advocate for my sister with epilepsy and suffers from temporal confusion from seizures in a meeting and the apartment manager told me she didn’t have to allow me in the meeting. Find an apartment complex with better understanding of the Americans with disabilities Act laws.

My experience with the front office attendant was frustrating and very underwhelming for the price listed for the apartment. I was contacted by the complex, in regards, to future residency. The person who called sounded uninterested and disassociated from the conversation, which made the experience off-putting. When the topic of finance was brought up, I referenced that I was in the military. I had to explain to the attendant what basic housing allowance (BAH) was for, in regards, to income. After this, I was informed that BAH was not accepted as income for their apartments. I requested to the attendant, that I would like to come in person, to gain a clearer understanding. I was rudely denied, due to the pre-qualification process we were engaged in. I ended the conversation feeling unfulfilled and frustrated.

Georgetown is clean but the maintenance people and the office personnel have been absent and very difficult to work with during this pandemic.

First of all I live there about who almost 20 years ago or more and it was very very lovely then and still is now I have a girlfriend that lives there and I just just doesn't last month as you can see we had a blast
