Apartments are not fancy. Small kitchen area with space for dining table. Living area can fit sofa, chair, coffee table, stand and TV. Bedroom can fit queen bedroom set. Storage cabinets are needed because only two closets and pantry. Bathroom is large with tub and shower. Large windows in both rooms. Floors are vinyl over concrete. Definitely comfortable for a single person or couple. I have been here for fifteen months and very happy. Management is good to get things fixed.
