Los Arboles Apartments

This apartment complex has gone downhill over the last couple of years. When my girlfriend moved in to Los Arboles about three years ago, it was a more pleasant environment, but recently she's become increasingly uncomfortable walking to and from her car. The apartment units themselves and the scenery are still nice overall, but the riff-raff has greatly increased from the types of people they have been renting out to. When I visit my girlfriend, it often feels like I'm in Colton. One of my girlfriend's newer neighbors, a grown man, walks around outside shirtless at night regularly. Other neighbors near her have had the police called on them for screaming and domestic violence. Just recently, my girlfriend overheard two people in an adjacent unit yelling at each other with one threatening to call the other's "probation officer." If the management wants to maintain the quality of the apartment complex, they need to be more selective in who they rent out their units to. I think the management could also do a better job at patrolling and maintaining the grounds. I have noticed that when I visit her at her apartment, there's sometimes trash strewn about, cars parked in the middle of the parking lot, old furniture hanging out of the dumpsters, etc.

Loved living there. The manager was super friendly and helpful and the maintenance man was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. Definitely recommend the place!
