So the womem who post her hamburger wasnt cook all the way never showed the burger patty, she showed a bunch of bacon that's already precooked before it goes in the microwave lol and the guy saying its ran by a bunch of teenager well Guess what they are new trainee's so what you expect new employee to be perfect nah they learning. And bacon is precook out of the box. Lol

—- 3/4/22 update — I am updating my review, as I went back to this location and found that it was a lot cleaner. The staff was friendly and helpful. One big problem, when I was served my order, it was already melted and soupy. Blizzards are supposed to be thick and nearly solid, ask anybody who’s ever gotten one. The ones I ordered were very soupy and runny. The ice cream itself was very thin. But, I didn’t let that ruin a good time and enjoyed some ice cream anyhow. ———- Filthy. This place Was dirty with food residue on the counter and floor. I will come back here one more time and if you ask if I want the “senior discount,” I’ll walk right out. 1. I am not old enough for it. 2. If you think I am, just apply it and don’t say anything.

I love DQ, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend you avoid this location. To begin with the women's bathroom was out of order, so my pregnant wife was forced to use the men's single person's bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. As we made our way to order, the employees were chatting in the dining area. We waited for them to finish their conversation and slowly make their way to the register. We ordered two blizzards and when we received them we noticed they didn't flip both blizzards, but sometimes they forget so we didn't think much of it. By the time we got to the car, my wife's blizzard, which was the one that was never flipped upside down, was completely melted and dripping all over her hands. We went back and asked if we could get a replacement and the employee at the register nicely responded yes and that we could throw the melted one away. She then asked her coworker to make it because she was taking more orders and the coworker snapped and said it's ice cream and that it's supposed to melt. This was very uncalled for especially since we were polite the whole time and the situation did not have to escalate. To avoid dealing with her attitude, we just got a refund and left. I would recommend management to look into the people they hire if they want the business to be successful.
