I visited this store from out of town, needed help with my account and all my needs were met as well as the young lady who helped me, Alexis. She was very professional, patient with my requests, and fulfilled my Verizon experience better than ever. If you happen to visit this location, request Alexis, she's amazing. 5/5 for this store.

June 17, 2022, Chantel claimed to be the manager, was super rude even from the start. Came to pick up a phone I worked hard to save only to be treated like trash by Chantel. I even did her job for her to find solution to a problem she should have known. I'm a manager of a hotel and we do our best to make customers welcome and go the extra mile because we value our customers and a happy customer will continue to spend money in your business. Not sure how Chantel became manager but if that is how this branch treat customers this will affect business in this branch. I don't want any family or friends to be treated rudely in this branch. Whoever owns this branch pleade check your security camera on June 17, 2022 at around 3:20pm-3:37pm. You will see Chantel ask an old couple to go outside and wait when plenty of empty seats inside while others who ignored Chantel upon entering were allowed to come in. That is discrimination and is not tolerated anywhere especially in California. She was upset with me cause I was persistant to find solution and she didn't want to help me. Chantel needs training in skills how to be courteous to customers. It is wrong for any business to not help customers get what they paid for from their hard earned money. She just lacks the skills to be a manager making this branch look bad. I hope the owner will address this issue because it affects your valued customer. See the other reviews, it might be Chantel they were talking about who was rude. I pray she will be better because no human being deserves to be treated rudely especially if they are paying customers and just want to get their paid merchandise.

Sean was amazing! I came in with some issues with an order i placed online and he helped me sort everything out and leave happily with two new phones, one for myself and one a Mother’s Day present. As a new Verizon customer i couldn’t be happier with the amazing service i received! Thanks Sean! :)

This store used to be one of the best. Unless you have no choice go some where else. Employees are to busy talking to each other to offer any help New experience. This store is the biggest joke. 20 +year customer would not recommend the store to my worst enemies.

That's Verizon. They have a long history of guest service issues. I have called on them in the past. I got credits. Free phones. But it didn't fix the problem. I would stay out of the stores as much as possible. Nothing but a bunch of bad employee problems. All those people need to be fired.
If your place an order online or through the Verizon app, then you won't have to wait very long. I placed my order, received a message that it was ready and then went to the store. I didn't have any wait time and received my order quickly.
Chantel is a great manager, everything that I need she did help, she is wonderful.
More than likely they are. But I would call first.
Not sure , I bought new phone only and I have to do everything on my own with the new phone Transfer data and place the Screen protector at home With oldies like me it's hard and complicated but need Millennial to help Waiting for may Daughter's help later
