If your place an order online or through the Verizon app, then you won't have to wait very long. I placed my order, received a message that it was ready and then went to the store. I didn't have any wait time and received my order quickly.
Heads up...When you go there, a person will check you in on the tablet, you sit at a table until they call you. It took about 10-15 minutes. There is a no contact policy going on and you can't buy anything in store, you have to order it. I don't think anyone is behind the desk to take calls since they are not selling anything.
