That's Verizon. They have a long history of guest service issues. I have called on them in the past. I got credits. Free phones. But it didn't fix the problem. I would stay out of the stores as much as possible. Nothing but a bunch of bad employee problems. All those people need to be fired.

I've had both good and bad experiences here. Lately I've opted to go to smaller, less busy Verizon stores.
I've had a similar issue to both of you before. It really depends on who you get to help. Make sure you contact management.
They also conned my family into two HotSpots when only needed one then next day wanted to charge 3 times what wad paid in restocking fees
