I stopped in to see what suggestions they had for a chipped diamond ring. Both Paul and Kim went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and give me superior customer service. Paul went above and beyond by not only checking the damaged ring but two others I had. He cleaned and polished them all and brought them back to looking like new. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

Paul was extremely helpful!! My 1.2 carat Princess cut diamond fell off without me knowing (NOT a piece from Emerson Fine Jewelry) and I lost it!! Paul took the time to fully assess the ring/band and informed me that it was soldered on incorrectly and that it was the manufacturer’s fault. He made some other assessments that assisted with my case. Long story short, the ring was deemed manufacture default and they are sending me a BRAND NEW diamond ring. I really appreciate the time Paul took out of his day to help me and explain what he had assessed!
