September 2022 I've had multiple positive encounters with the Property Manager JoAnna. I am very pleased to say AGAIN, that JoAnna and staff are very professional, courteous, patient and pleasant. The up keep of the property is phenomenal and never ending. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice clean and friendly community. LT I renewed my lease in April 2021, there was a miscommunication with signing my lease renewal. I was upset and bothered, the New Property Manager JoAnna clearly listened to my concerns although my tone was not pleasant. JoAnna was professional, courteous, patient and very pleasant. I appreciate her empathy and superb customer service. It's the small things that make a difference. Thank you JoAnna for your positive response to resolve my concern. LT

I've been here 8 yrs . since 2014..when I first moved here it was awesome very well kept...but the grounds maintenance had declined a little bit...staff is real pleasant tho...maintenance for units is responsive and efficient..Management is really good she's really nice and attentive...over all I really enjoyed my stay here. It's quite and peaceful most of the times.They could use a little pressure washing and paint on the exterior but other than that...it's pretty decent back here...I'd give them 4.5 out 5 stats...

I have stayed at Mark Twain 2 for 3 years and I absolutely love it. I've never had any problems. Any problems that I've had were beyond the complex's control (noisy neighbors etc.). The complex is always clean, pools and laundry areas are always kept neat and the office is very responsive/prompt with maintenance. During Hurricane Ida, the property manager Joanna was beyond amazing. She communicated via email , kept the residents updated with the condition of the complex. let us know when it was safe to come back home and the workers even cleaned out each fridge on the property so we wouldn't come home to moldy food after multiple days of no power. I would happily recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you Joanna! You and your team are truly appreciated.

Lived here on a short term lease due to my job needing me to come down to the area and spruce some things up at one of our warehouses located in Elmwood. I throughly enjoyed my stay. The people in the office are stellar. Granted this was a few years ago that I lived here. So I’m not sure if the new office managers are as good or better. I got a renovated apartment with washer and dryer and I absolutely loved it. It’s was pretty quiet at the time I lived there.(Hopefully it still is.) The grounds are well kept. I never had to call maintenance due to me having a renovated unit. It’s a great location the levee is a hop and a skip from the apartment. I loved that it’s gated also love the pool area and the small golf area they had. (I’m not sure if they still have that.) The dog park is a plus and the outdoor fitness area is cool as well. I also love the fact they have overnight security and cameras. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the parking. Towards the end of my stay they implemented some type of parking arrangement for residents and guest. I’m not sure if they are still using that or if they have improved it or did away with it. All in all it’s a cool place. I’ll be moving back in a few months on a new assignment. So I’m looking forward to it.
