Lisa in the vision center is an absolute treasure. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all of my questions and concerns in great detail. She also was able to maximize the value of my insurance coverage. It was a great experience overall. Five star service.

I have really bad eyes so I need 3 pairs of glasses. Prescription sunglasses, reading and “walking around” glasses. The opticians and the doctor were great, friendly and helpful, lots of choices. Plus I could afford it. Thanks

Dr. Burns and his techs are very patient. He is willing to take time to get everything right. If anything is off just go back and they will help. I’m very sensitive to slight changes and he has taken the time to get everything right. Nice to feel that your eyes matter. 5 stars for patience and willingness to go over things.

do they accept medicaid

Yes. But what exactly is covered is determined by your plan. My medicaid plan covered the visit plus inexpensive frames and lenses.

Do u need a to pay a co fee n do they take walk ins

A copayment is determined by your insurance. My medicaid plan did not require one. Yes they take walk-ins but only on a first-come-first-serve basis -- appointments are taken first.
