I had a great experience at this office! Very clean and beautiful offices. They were very thorough with the cleaning and walked me through their process and checked in frequently to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.

I've been working with LA dental centers for several years and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Renee is my main contact for their offices and she is just amazing. Highly recommend 10/10

I made my appointment here two months in advance. I was a patient at the office in Kenner, so I wanted to continue to be a patient after such a thorough, fulfilling, patient to dr/ staff experience I had there. I arrived 40 minutes early since i was considered a new patient, and assumed I’d be seen upon my appointment time ; if anything, no longer than ten - 20 minutes. 30 minutes after my appointment, someone comes rushing past, calls my name as if i knew there protocol / get up immediately, and follow to the back. I was told to be seated. The seat already had one of the technicians coat on it so i had to sit on the edge of it. The space doesn’t look or feel like it was cleaned thoroughly if not at all. I dismissed that feeling. I was asked did i have any problems or concerns and I voiced them. 5 minutes later the woman who bought me to the back said I needed new x-rays. 5 minutes later she told me I had to wait because they can only take one x-ray per patient at a time. The technician who left her coat comes in, asks for her coat, asks the same thing about any problems, leaves, and 10 minutes later, x-rays are taken in chair by woman who walked me to the back. The tool they used to keep my mouth open, are sharp and hurt! I do appreciate that I was made aware of it prior to. After that, I waited. Coat lady came in, asked me to sit back in chair. I waited another 5 minutes. The dentist came in. Again, asked if I had problems or questions, I told her. She spent about 55 seconds looking at my teeth, and told me what she thought. Out of all what was causing me pain, she recommended I get a crown, and to follow up with a orthodontist and made it very clear that it’s an extra fee and to get an idea on what I want to prioritize to pay to get done. She told me my problems aren’t bad or abnormal but my crown definitely needed to be done, and requested a 360 x-ray to ensure my wisdom teeth weren’t the problem and not the problem I clearly told her. Another 5 minutes passed, both technicians were talking and confused on who was their patient and who was doing my 360 x-ray. The technician who left her coat on the chair, then, said she going to do my cleaning before taking photos. This was the fastest, most uncomfortable cleaning I’ve had in my 30 + years of dentistry. She cleaned my teeth in a minute and flossed my teeth like she was in a hurry. Felt like she was pulling my teeth out of my gums, had the audacity to say i had a tar build up, after pulling so hard on my teeth - one last “swish” and “spit” she got up without a word, napkin, mouthwash or directions as to what I was suppose to do. I cleaned my mouth and the water and blood that was left on my face, and again. Waited. The first lady I spoke to came in, and coat lady told her to do my x-ray. It took a minute, but she did my x-ray. I then waited another 5 minutes for the dentist to come back and tells me she was right, “just a crown.” asked if I had any questions or problems. I said no, at this point I was ready to run out of there and call the BBB. Upon being escorted to the front, coat technician asked if I got a bag. I asked, “ a bag ?” she left and came back with a goodie bag of floss and a toothbrush and clearly stated she wanted to go over my treatment plan. Apparently, she doesn’t know what HIPPA (patient privacy) is , it’s importance, or, she didn’t consider it. She went over what medicaid could and could not cover in front of the women working at the desks, and the patients a few feet away; could also hear. She circled and made ink marks to highlight the out of pocket costs to insinuate in the way she spoke, I couldn’t afford and or couldn’t comprehend english and medical terminology and disappeared. I don’t recommend anyone coming here unless you want your business, kindness, genuine concerns taken lightly, while its insinuated your insurance or lack there of isn’t warranted the same experience people who give this place 5 stars gets.
