Be aware that this organization actively violates HIPAA law. I requested a copy of my medical records and was called back by Jamie and told I would not receive those records unless I paid my outstanding bill ($11.32). This is a predatory balance recovery action on the part of the organization and it is likely that most folks are not aware that they cannot do this. HIPAA law requires that regardless of nonpayment medical records are received within 30 days. I cannot imagine how many of their clients have not received their medical records because of this illegal policy.

Dr. Alice Ho is an outstanding dentist; highly skilled and quite competent. I began seeing her last year after seeing the same dentist for 35 years. I only wish she’d been there then. Heather is a highly skilled dental assistant who is confident and attentive to your needs and sensitivities. Together these ladies make an outstanding team who perform and accomplish terrific work. You can’t go wrong at Exceptional Dental. The name says it all.
