Don't buy sunglasses from Warby Parker! I bought a pair and when they got scratched, I went in to buy another pair. At that time, I was told they had a 1 year lens scratch guarantee, but I had bought them over a year ago. So I bought a new pair. When they also got scratched, I called customer service to let them know and they said the policy was changed to a 6 month lens scratch guarantee. But good news! It was one day before the guarantee expired. I was asked if they were prescription glasses (the customer service person on the phone had pulled up my receipt and saw they were not prescription). I said no, you can see that on the receipt. I was then told their lens scratch guarantee was only on prescription glasses. Very disappointing.

I will never get my glasses anywhere esle . First pair of Glasses worked and looked great . Three years later I wanted to replace them with the same type . My eye doctor wrote the prescription wrong . I used them two weeks and never got use to them . I got new prescription from the eye doctor . I thought I was out the 528.00 , but warby replaced the Glasses free of charge .....What a relief !!!! Warby Parker is the Best !!!
