Don’t MOVE HERE! Unless you want to deal with Bs while you’re here. AC always goes out, electrical issues, cheap rent but is it worth it? These people here are very unprofessional and I’m looking to move ASAP. If you NEED to move here then do so but if you can move anywhere else, do that. Hell you’ll be better off living in a car.

This is one of the WORST PROPERTIES IN NEW ORLEANS EAST they dont care about your they residents the people who work in the office have NASTY attitude i moved in here march 25 ac b en broken twice toilet is broken they have electric issuses I always have to hit my breaker box for my ac bad roaches my ceiling fell their are holes everywhere my kitchen sink is leaking still I have nets all over the apartment because of the water leaks they have in here dont know who i need to contact but ima find out this property most definitely needs to be CLOSED DOWN and i had to put a star to post this property doesnt even deserve a star
