I have been living there for 2 years and since the new company took over it’s been great. The best part is knowing you can call the office and speak with Cordell and he will get the job done. He’s the real MVP thanks for all you do.

Say income based but how is $1000+ for rent in New Orleans affordable? When the minimum wage is $7.25 an hour.

Excellent Management & Maintenance Staff. The Property is only about 3-4 years old & has large & updated floorplans

Good so far it's good. Once they fill the 400 units we shall see. Been here for a month
It depends on how long ago and the reason. The office staff can give you a better answer on that.
How long is the process I applied June 5th still no answer, I receive a housing voucher and have to be out this unit by June 30th.
Call the office
Hi Sylvania, You can pay rent online by visiting your community's website, clicking "Resident Login", and creating an account or logging in to an existing one. In the Resident Services Portal, you will find options to pay your rent online.
Yes
I have been there a year and I dont have any issues with management. They used to let the phone ring all the time but they have been doing better.
I have a 2 bedroom... and putting a dining room table in it will make the house look cluttered in my opinion
Curtis: Great news water is included in the rent. Please stop by today and one of our amazing onsite leasing staff will be happy to give you a tour.. Hurry.. these apartments are renting up fast. check us out at www.2oaksapts.com
U can check online. Google 2oak apts and it shows u the floor plans
Make sure u have paid all prior entergy bills and have a zero balance or u will be denied. You cant owe any past landlords as well. Your income has to be within a certain range for the amount of people that will be occupying the residence. Hope this helps. The units are extremely small as well so no bulky furniture will fit and nothing is allowed outside your space such as a bbq pit, outdoor chairs, plants etc.
These apartments are brand new and there is not crime in the area. These apts are secluded and quiet. They are finished yet. The area is saturated with Vietnamese residents. Parking is ok not a lot of room if u are having guest because there are so many apts sharing the lot. The inside of them are extremely small.
With u have a service dog thats different. If you present your legal paperwork exceptions might can be made.
Yes
They are already ready. It depends on how many bedrooms you need. I been in a three bedroom 1 bed since jan this year
No
The bedrooms are small. I have a three and I can only fit my full and a dresser in it. The same for my teen children. I had to get rid of a lot of furniture because it would not fit.
No long..it depends on how fast u bring your proof back. They have to verify your employment and all that. If u have section 8 it's much faster. Otherwise about a 3 week process.
No only I think 8 bldgs are occupied they still have 20 or so to go..
