It depends upon what you called or consider to be ghetto. They're working on making it a better place but I don't know what's your definition of ghetto because no matter where you live at you will have some people that or not to your standards. They will show you a nice one, then put you in a junky one. The door has a huge gap & could easily be pushed in even with a deadbolt. My silverware drawer fell apart in less than a week after i moved in. The parking lot outside my place has zero water drainage. Pipes bang when i run hot water for my dryer. Ive already seen several bugs inside. Ive seen people digging through the trash. Now im worried they will get mail i threw away & steal my identity. People walk around outside with alcohol & blast music. Its not good here.
