All of the office staff have been so nice in helping my move in run very smoothly. The location of this place is stellar and it's a great price! The one bedroom apartments are a little small and the appliances are a little outdated, but I would recommend this place! My apartment was ready and very clean when I moved in and Temple went through my entire lease with me in the office. I think I'm really going to like it here!

Great place to live - the community is nice, the residents are friendly, it's safe, and the staff is incredible. Do not let the washers and dryers being outside the unit push you away. This is an affordable apartment complex worth living at. I love it here, and would highly recommend it to anyone interested.

These reviews are lies lol. Ive lived here over a year and just renewed my lease. I've NEVER..I repeat NEVER had a roach problem. Temple and Ms Niece are the whole reason I love it here. Any issue I've had and there weren't that many, they have resolved expeditiously. They have great reviews on other sites. This is a great place to live, the rent is reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Roaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We sprayed they sprayed..... still living with these nasty bugs!!!! Literally threw everything out in my house & i keep it spotless clean sprayed wall to wall and outside the door everyday and night!!!! Still didn't stop them.... talked to my neighbors who had just moved in a few weeks ago and they said they had them too they talked to the lady at the rental office and she said that roaches had nothing to do with rent so basically we have to suck it up and deal with the bugs until our year lease was up... on top of the nasty bugs there's a mouse outside in the bushes so if you smoke beware and look out for it because It has personally ran across my feet.... and to top everything else off before I moved Here I had flawless skin a bump Here or there every blue moon now my face hasn't cleared up since I moved in I ran into a lady at store and we started to talk and what a surprise she lived here too a year or two ago... she told me how she took her baby to the ER because her baby had acne and they tested her blood levels to find out it was a high level of lead in her system as soon as she moved her baby's lead levels went all the way down and she stopped having acne... others I have talked to have told me about how there skin has also changed since living here for the worse!!! And as far as Any and almost everything in these apartments break.. my bathtub was broke 4 or 5 times still at my last couple days in this apartment it's broke was told they'd send a plumber never seem him my toilet broke 2 times they fixed it to the best they could but still works half way.... Told they where gonna send a plumber again never seen him... ac broke a total of 7 times and they fixed it told me they put In a new motor for it to break again... it didn't get fixed until my heat broke 2 times and they had to fix that... luckily I have a personal heater! Told them I seen mold in the window seals they came and put that window seal on top of it and said it was fixed.... windows always leaking when it rains!!! When your in the halls ppl know all your business no matter what room your in.. . & as far as cable you only can have Cox out here & it sucks they are always going in & out & you have to reset your box 100 times a day .. if you go to any place beside these apartments they give you a choice of Cox or Verizon but somehow they don't have towers around here for us to get Verizon makes no since.... it's just so embarrassing living here... I never allow company to come over forreal and when me and my, now ,wife where ready to move in together I was ashamed to tell her that I had bugs because she knew I was clean and there was no way out of my lease.... we have literally stayed with so many of our friends and family and paid for rooms just to not be here!! Maybe once every month we'll be here for a week and just can't do it.... hands down the worst place I've ever lived in my life
