Do you love paying for amenities that don’t work, for example AC and your washing machine? Then come live here! I’ve been out of AC for 2 weeks now. It’s mid June. I reported the issue for 5 weeks before it broke down completely. So I have had to purchase my own AC unit. And now I’ll will be taking my clothes to the laundry mat because my washing machine isn’t working. The maintenance technician and apartment manager work part time 2-3 hours in the evening, but the apartment has full time problems. I have lost hours from work dealing with these issues, lost sleep, and peace.

First let me say the first year was great, but after changing management a total of 4 times it became a horrific place to live. I would highly recommend not to MOVE here. Nothing but blame games due to issues instead of correcting it. NO

We’ve been here for almost a year. We’ve never had a problem. Our apartment is a little more updated which is nice. It’s very quiet, our neighbors are great and the office manager is super nice. The pool wasn’t open last summer but they fixed it this summer and our kids love it. Over all I would recommend Lee’s Landing to anyone. I understand some people may have had issues but personally we’ve never had a problem in the apartment or with anyone in the office. Good apartment complex to call home

I've lived here since 04/2017 and, I love it here. It's extremely quiet and not alot of traffic except when it's time for people to go to work in the a.m. ( NORMAL) . There are NOT alot of kids hanging around even though it's summertime. My neighbors will say hello or good morning to you. Management and maintenance are attentive to our needs. My apartment is a nice two bedroom with sliding glass doors front and back. The cabinets needs a upgrade. The rent for me is priced just right. The parking is abundant. I haven't had time to enjoy the pool, but it's there for all to use. The community is very diverse and, I love that. I've seen people from different backgrounds just standing outside talking to one another after a hard day's work. We're all in this together. I'm not saying it's perfect, but it's perfect for me and my life style. Hope that helps YES I'M A REAL TENANT.
