I’ve been living here for 3 years now. There are a few things that I don’t like, how old the appliances and flooring are. Along with a few minor plumbing issues. But other than that it’s a nice amount of space, it’s in a decent location and it’s quiet. I mind my business and wave at my neighbors. Make sure you have a nice laying job tho, the utilities can get a little pricey.

So far, so good. No complaints. Ms.Kim is the sweetest property manager. I love my townhouse so far. The maintenance team is quick to respond to my issues and answer any questions I may have. The townhouse is spacious. I love my neighbors they are truly awesome. The only complaint would be the parking. Sometimes I smell the smoke through my vents but it comes with apartment living. Its very convenient to just about everything. Its a hidden gem.

Winston was my first home after moving out of my parents house. For the first few months it was okay. Then I come home one day to mice eating my dogs food in the middle of my kitchen. I have found roaches in my cabinets. Oh and then the washer/dryer that you are able to rest constantly over flows. Mine over flowed at least twice a month. When it would over flow my entire kitchen would be flooded. Water had gone underneath my wood floors. It took maintenance almost 2 weeks to come rip my floor out. My sliding glass door never locked! I told management the sliding door did not lock. All they did was give me a stick. I It took them 10 months to replace it. There are hoodlums running around the parking lot at all hours of the night. People stand in the middle of the entrance, blocking cars from coming in. Oh and God forbid your home get broken into, because if you call the cops, they kick you out. Oh and even if you have a legal firearm they will kick you out for you having it. I moved out 2 months ago. They just called me saying now I owe them $1,500 for late fees and not paying rent! I do not live there anymore, so no I'm not paying rent for time that I did not live there. So best advice to everyone. Please stay away!
