The process from beginning to end was smooth sailing. Shaniece was able to answer every question that I had during the application process and after I was approved and moved in. The office staff is always available during business hours unlike other apartments. I am very happy with my decision to stay here. **6 MONTH UPDATE** DO NOT MOVE HERE. No one ever answers the phone. The answering service can never get anyone on the phone. I’ve been complaining about this since the month after I moved in. There is a dog weight restriction here. Neighbors dogs above me are clearly overweight. They are playing fetch with the dogs and the dogs are running from one end of the apartment to the opposite end and barking all times of the night. I have complained to the Property Manager a handful of times. She said she called the neighbors about the noise. I have sent emails. I have called the police to file a noise ordinance several times. Property Manager says there is a procedure to be able to move to another apartment or possibly move out. I have had to hit the ceiling a few times to tell them to stop with the noise. Neighbor is a detective/police officer so he obviously has a gun. Police advised me not to open the door the next time the neighbor knocks on my door because we will argue and it could possibly escalate. Went to the office again yesterday, spoke with Emily. Told her everything and she’s writing none of what I said and I haven’t heard from anyone. I am to the point now that I’ll move out and let the judge know the steps that I took to prevent from having to move out!

If possible I would give them 10 stars! Everything from maintenance to customer service and amenities is amazing. Tammy in the office takes care of everything I need! All of facilities are amazing! I recently moved in and I am a current resident. I would suggest quiet hours between 7pm and later. There are times I hear a lot of bass music shaking my walls. I understand everyone has working hours. However, respectfulness of others would be nice.Hi Tabitha, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I moved here with things wrong with my apartment 7/31/21 (not sure how it was approved with a walk through) but my stove was broken, my freezer rack was rusted and some other things were wrong with my apartment. I have attempted to reach …Hi Shauniqua, we are sorry to see you haven’t been completely satisfied in your new home. We’d like to apologize for the negative experience you’ve had. We did receive your maintenance requests on August 25 and spoke earlier today about getting these handled ASAP today. We always aim to complete work orders within 48 hours, but we know this was not the case for you and are sorry for the long delay and this frustrating experience. Moving can be stressful and we always want to make the process as easy as possible. Unless we are out on a tour or the office is closed, a team member should always be available to answer the door.
