The girl working the drive thru headset at the speaker box who claimed she is a manager needs some training. She is rude and doesn't know the menu. Went there on Saturday at 10:15 and asked for a cookie crumble creme frapacino she repeated back a mocha cookie crumble and not told her no I get the one without mocha and she proceeds to tell me they don't make them that way and kept trying to force me to order something else. Then kept asking me what I get in place of mocha? Ummmm I don't know yal make the drinks not me. She was extremely rude and I don't appreciate her attitude. I left with nothing to go to cnu starbucks where guess what they knew how to make my drink but now I'm late for work.

All the good baristas must be at this Starbucks. They consistently make great drinks. I've stopped going to the Starbucks at Tech Center and Jefferson Commons because all the bad baristas are at these two Starbucks because they never make good drinks.

Pretty much a regular here! The teams are so nice. I love their wall of kindness with the heart sticky notes and positive messages. They've been getting busier with the increase of traffic in the area and mobile orders, but they stay on top of all the orders.

The morning staff at this location is absolutely amazing. They are quick, friendly and the drinks are always made perfectly. They are able to move the line quick, and everyone at the window is always friendly.
