Infestation of roaches, black mold in closet. Thief of packages get before they get it! vandalism of property, also goes up on rent in a year. A different company sends you a letter about your personal information in order to get your deposit back if you don’t answer they will keep a percentage of the deposit. Also, coming home with my grandchildren one night a guy who I took a picture up was going back and forth Peeping in my peep hole. Grown people hanging around your door talking, smoking. I assume teenagers knocking loudly on your door and running. When moving out you are charged more for your water and Waste bill. I guess management did the best they could have done nothing!! To pay almost 1300 in rent a month with water and waste it’s best to rent a private home. Never clean breeze ways.

I stayed here a year and have absolutely no complaints. The office staff is great, and the property manager Lisa has always been on point with any issues that came up. I would email her with a maintenance request and within an hour it was taken care of every time. I had never seen such quick and efficient resolution. This has been a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.

This is my second time living at Waverton Ashton Green Apartments. I love living here. The office manager, Lisa is very accommodating, Chantys helped me with my lease this time. She made the process very smooth and stress- free. When I needed a couple of maintenance issues addressed, Rodney handled everything efficiently and quickly. Shout out to management and maintenance at Waverton Ashton Green Apartments. I love calling this place home! Maria Cherry

I rented at this establishment for a year, and except for a couple of normal maintenance calls had no problems. The staff was very courteous and provided a nice atmosphere. The best thing I can say though is that I had to move out a month early, and instead of paying two months rent to break my lease is just kept it. So the manager and I kept in contact, and she always kept me up to date. Was very helpful, and made sure no one entered the apartment, and she promptly closed out my lease at the time due and wrote me a check for any monies owed. I would recommend this establishment to others who have limited incomes definitely.
