I'm only giving a star because it makes you. I had a script sent from the Emergency room on Monday. I'm being told on Tuesday medication won't be ready until Wednesday. No notification from pharmacy to redirect the script or anything. Just to go into the store and be greeted with rudeness. This is unacceptable, scripts sent from the Emergency room should be dealt with in a more timely manner. Due to the fact it was a Emergency issue. All scripts if can't be filled in a timely manner, patient should be notified. But a 48 hr delay is unacceptable and should be labeled as delay in care. I wont use your pharmacy anymore..

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line for a prescription. Was told I had to come inside to set up insurance coverage even though I haven’t had any change in provider and have gotten prescriptions here before. This is not the first time this particular CVS has had the wrong insurance on file. When I came inside, it took 20 minutes for them to input insurance again, and then they put me in another line to pay. In total, I waited an hour for a prescription that was ready before I arrived. At first I thought it was a shortage of staff but there were six people working at the pharmacy with absolutely no urgency. No excuse for any of this to take this long, no excuse to make me wait in three separate lines, and no excuse for a pharmacy this big to constantly have issues with their digital filing not working.

Does any drive through at any CVS pharmacy work? I have a sick 2 year old, I’m not getting him out of the car to walk in the store just for you to tell me it will be “30 more minutes.” Then I have to go back and put him in the car after it takes you an eternity to fill a prescription. I have never had a good experience at any CVS and I hope Walgreens buys you out bc this business is trash

Slowest pharmacy in the world. I cam in for my prescriptions they told me 30 minutes. I waited an hour. After an hour they told me another hour. Do not use this pharmacy. They do not value your time as a customer. And the pharmacy is not short staffed!!!!!! They have a problem of miscommunication and real laziness...
