Went in to get a tire changed and my brand new tires that were about 5 months old were replaced with used bald tires. Never noticed because I trusted them. When I called about it the employees were very rude and kept passing me off and would not help because I didnt have a date on my receipt. Make sure you check their work. One of the employees actually said to me when I called that if the tires were changed that day they would still have them!!!!!!

I was treated horribly. I wanted 4 used tires foe 160 and was talked into an xtra 40 dollars for 2 almost new tires. Then was talked into getting an alignment for another 53.00 then I find out I had to go to another Smiths for the alignment. I finally get my tires and pull off and my 2 front supposedly New Tires were losing air. I had to go to Savitskis auto repair whom I have trusted with my cars for 5plus years and fins out Smiths had broken the stem on my passenger side tire. I called and was still treated like I JUST DIDNT MADDER. I ASKED THEM TO REFUND THE MONIES FOR THE ALIGNMENT AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT. I WILL NEVER GO TO SMITHS TIRES EVER AGAIN. LADIES DONT GO WITHOUT YOUR MAN THEY WILL THROW YOU TO THE WOLVES.

I was making a trip from VA to NY and got a low tire pressure alert 3 hours I to the trip. We came here and got fast service. They went to plug the leak for $15 and found two issues with my tire and I needed a replacement. They had a used tire that got my car and they had it replaced in under an hour for $75. I was amazed that they even had the right size in stock as I have always had to order them in the past. The crew looks tough but they were all polite, attentive and knowledgeable.

Our used tires are$30-40 we take pride in what we put on your vehicles. We also have New tires!
All tires priced different.you have to have tire machine.a building.another truck to pick up tires from[ othe business. About 1000 dollars or more to get started.
