I applied with Rhaney and waited weeks to hear back from her. I called and called and she would tell me “ she will reach out in a couple days” every time I called just for her to tell me that the apartment was gone. Definitely was a waste of time. Very frustrating because I am trying to move before my lease is up which is the 25th ! Never again .

I’m currently living out here. I just really wanted to say how amazing Maggie, and Traci are. Thank you both for everything and being so accommodating.

So, where do I begin???? I lived at this complex from 2003-2005, this is why I chose to move back. I loved the old world vibe, and the location was perfect for work. Price was good! Then I came in contact with the Leasing Office. The day I signed my lease, they did not have their act together, at all! After spending over an hour in the Office signing everything, the then Manager discloses my apartment "isn't quite ready". Garbage disposal still had not been replaced, broken sliding glass door, bar lights held up by zipties, light fixture not working, on and on and on! I found out on day 4 that the "NEW" Washer/ Dryer did not work. I will find out today, once I get home, if in fact it does. Their corporate office does not care to return a call or hear your complaint. You call and you get this tone in their voice that resonates "not him again!" Fix the issues and I won't call! It has taken almost 4 months to get things resolved, constantly told "we will call you back" or "I will have the manager call you back". Needless to say, I think I would rather live in my car next year than sign a new lease. Again, this was not a last resort place to move. After having lived their previously, having friends that lived their, I liked the location! It is centrally located and I can hit 64 in a matter of minutes. Convenient to shopping, hell I can walk to Lidl for my groceries. It was exactly what I wanted! As a new/ old resident, I now have the most sour taste in my mouth dealing with their staff.

They declined my application because of an 8 year old misdemeanor public intoxication charge. My charge has never been a problem when I’ve applied for apartments in the past. I’d be less disappointed by my experience with this company if they would have disclosed that I could be rejected for a nonviolent misdemeanor before I spent fifty dollars for the application fee. Even before I applied, they had a few apartments and townhomes listed as being available or available within the next few months, but if you called to inquire, they said they were all leased up. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
