2/11/2022 I love living at WARWICK Village Apartment :) the grounds are always taken care of and the apartment are very nice and roomy inside , I have been a resident here since 2007 , it is a nice place to call Home , the staff are #1 and the office manager and staff are the best , Mrs. Jones is #1 she is professional and caring and understanding, she listen to your concerns and she always do her best to address what every problem that you may have , or any questions that you may need answers, she will explain things to you & she cares :) she is the best apartment manager in the 757 area , don't waist your time looking for some where else to live , when you can make Warwick Village Apartments your new home , everything is close in the area just walking distance to a lot of shops and grocery store & tell them that Deloise Jones referred you :) when you fill out your application for your next apartment at WARWICK village Apartments....

Soo far soo good! I’ll refer friends and family to rent at Warwick village. Very clean inside and out. Maintenance keeps up grounds and efficient with upkeep in apartments

Second time living here. Great community. Older apartments, but well maintained. Ms. Debra and Ms.Tara always makes sure you get taken care of immediately. Everyone generally follows the rules, but of course you have the few that need to be told how to be a good neighbor. But no problems to where the police has ever been called. The grounds also are maintained and manicured weekly. Enough visitors spaces for friends and family and nice pool for swimming. I would recommend to a friend.

Great place to live. Plumbing in my place has been hit or miss but nothing that the fast maintenance team can't take care of in no time.
