Apartments have bugs from roaches to spiders constantly you’re over charged on sewage and water the charge you for trash but you have to go drive to the trash bin recently they are enforcing a towing so even though you live on the property and renting your car will be towed if there is anything wrong with it they also are attempting to have security at the entrance and it’s not even consistently other then the rent being cheap I would not recommend these apartments

****update didn’t do the civil thing figured my time and gas prices are too important I have kids so my time should be spent with them so they can keep the money god will take care of this place had a conversation with the lady from the office don’t remember her name sorry but she is very shady and you will not get your deposit back stay far away as you can from this place listen to the bad reviews please!!!!

THEY DESERVE A 0!!! STAY AWAY! We are sooo GLAD that we left this place! At first things were ok, and they went downhill QUICK! We noticed things like the trash piling up. When you have friends or family coming over and they see piles of trash near where they have to drive, that is an embarrassment! Maintenance men never stay, we stayed longer than office employees! Every time you turn around it was new people in the office, and we were never informed. We had new neighbors and we told them right away we started to see ROACHES! We never had any and didn't want them around! They started sending someone out and he did great. But then he was not the regular guy. The new pest control guy did not know what he was doing or saying. We had to tell him they were German roaches and they had egg sacs. He said they shed skin. That was an egg sac, so we left the egg sac for him to see. He would not bait right. Our security camera picked up his boss coming with him one day. He said: You are not baiting in the right areas, bait low, use more even if it cost our company. So, that was our proof that he was not doing anything. We went to Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Walmart to get what we could to get rid of them. The office did not seem to care. We started sending pictures and counting how many we saw. The air conditioning units are old and will break down. Maintenance even said they asked when they remodeled the places to have the AC units replaced. Well, they were not replaced and we had several issues from them. You have trouble from neighbors and their noise. You hear fighting, yelling, cursing etc. They would keep us up with loud T.V., or music. In the back is where a lot of things happen. In the back they feel no one sees them. Cars were broken into. One time a police officer came and knocked on our window. We were letting the car run, she said a car was stolen. So, she was checking to see who we were and if the car belonged to us. She even had to agree these apts are not good. Terrible place to live! Ghetto! People in the office come and go, and are NOT helpful, or professional! Roach problems! Grounds are not kept clean. They take just about anyone. These places have always had a bad reputation and still do! Hear people outside fighting. Walls thin. Water is shared, and they NEVER tell you how much you used. It will say 0.00 on your water bill. So, we believe each month they could have lied! Could smell weed through the vents, and it made us sick. Dirty hallways! Trash in shrubs and parking lot. Saw panties in the parking spot once. Sad when you can't turn your lights out to enjoy a movie. The roach problem got so bad we could not enjoy our own home. HAPPY we ARE GONE! BAD, BAD, places to live!!!!!!

Moving on my own with my 3 children into a different state was very difficult and frustrating, I thought I'd never find a comfortable reasonable place for me and my kids untill I called Newport Commons! I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Rachelle she and her staff were so helpful polite and understanding! I've lived here a while and maintenance is great the area is lovely and the amenities are awesome! Thanks Newport Commons!
