The houses are not that big. I have a 4 br/2.5 bath but it's less than 1500 sqft And 4 Kids. Rent for me is 1299, but will likely go up after 1 year
It depends on Rank and how many bedrooms you need. As a E-2 looking for only two bed rooms, we paid about 1150 a month, but got $100 back because we didn't use much electricity or water. Rent can go all the way to like $1600, for a big house.
