I wasted many weeks unemployed, going through the process of getting a job at Loretto, The Commons on Saint Anthony street. After losing a best friend and not being in contact for a couple days, Debbie from HR decided that I did not deserve the job in which I had been offered and officially accepted. They made a very low point of my life crash down even lower, and would not even have the decency to tell me over the phone. She texted me and when I asked for a reason why I could no longer work for the company, she didn’t bother to answer. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel bad for the people that work there that seek any help from HR. I was SO excited to begin working there and they really put a bad reputation forth. I will continue posting this on every review site possible. Thanks, Michaela G.

It a sad place to leave your loved ones! Because of under staff and some workers that just don't care about people, should not take on more then they can take care of!

Former employee. The (now retired) head of human resources purposely and intentionally withheld my medical records from me because I found another job closer to home with MUCH better pay. I was also told my pay would be 15.50 an hour and was getting paid 12.50, also, when I tried to get my information needed to start my new job, the same woman told me she was withholding my information because I left the company. The care (or lack thereof) I witnessed while there was insane, and a lot of staff complain about their jobs and are very rough with the residents and very callous, with little to no attention to their wants and needs, both physically and emotionally. There are some nurses who are very kind and good at what they do, but the majority of them definitely should not have a license to be a nurse. Overall, so so disappointed and definitely will not be admitting any of my family members there, ever.

9 AM to 7 PM two people per visit & you must stay in their room. Masks at all times. Plus you need a negative covid test within 24 hrs. They may have tests there. You go to car , test then if negative you can visit. Test results in 15 minutes.

Do they accept someone who is 25? And do they accept someone whose had surgery on their ankle?

I know they accept people after surgery. They have a great rehab department. I don't think there is an age limit for rehab.

Why do they have to have the plug in program. I like it there except for that it's to much on top of full time hour's. Not twenty years old any more

I wanted to be there. But they have pug in where you sign up for four hour shifts three times a month. If you don't they put you where they want. Still same as mandating. I just couldn't do extra hours
