I went in fairly late with a broken phone. Both girls that were working (Bailey and Madysin) were absolutely amazing. She reviewed my bill first and made some adjustments and got me set up with a new phone that night. They stayed open for almost an hour past closing to help me. I would absolutely go back there again for help.

I had no problem changing my number off from a stolen phone but your case is different. It is best to call them on this problem. You just may need the other person who pays for your phone. Good luck
