I've been to Valley Brook altogether 4 or 5 times and everyone is friendly. They even had a stand-in veterinarian and they treated my dog Chase Mandile (I love that they use my dog's full name, like he's part of my family, which he is) with patience and kindness and such delicate care, almost as if they care for him too. They did a great job.
