Again the city of Bakersfield doesn't care about the homeless of things that could harm them they in fact encourage and participate in unfair and unkind treatment of the homeless in this town I deal with the homeless in n.bakersfield regularly and have seen the way code enforcement deals with the homeless it's despicable the things they do to them and the way they trash the environment while doing it. If you ask me they are a bigger threat to the community and the landscape then most of the homeless.
