I dont think i'll ever move, I really love it here. People are great, and truly give the definition of "True Neighbors".. Amenities are Great, and to top it all off the location is perfect. Especially if you want that country silence at the end of the day away from all the honking horns, yet not too far at all from several major metropolitan areas. 5 Stars for sure!

Hi there! I live in the Waterscape community and I have lived in some very nice communities.. this one takes the cake man. Oh, to your question, there is highland and HistoryMaker Homes that I know of. I personally had my experience with History Maker, and I swear... I am not trying to sell you or anything, but it was the best. Like, my wife and my 3 kiddos are so happy with our new home. They give you like updates every week with what was done, some photos, and they surprised us with some house warming gifts and a HUGE "Welcome Home" sign in our front yard with a bunch of baloons to welcome us to the neighborhood. Just the greatest experience from start to finish. P.S. - ** This is my 3rd house that I've owned, I am 35 years old, and I know that I will never leave**
