Absolutely abysmal how you treat mail. Learn to read. Be ready, because I will be there in the morning and we WILL be having a conversation about this. There is no excuse for this. None. Get out of your seat and deliver it to the front door step and use your door tags and slip it into the mailbox to let me know in case I didn't see it. This is the only place that I've lived where the drivers are lazy and don't do that.

I’ve never not received an Amazon package until moving to Royse City last year. I’m on my third package that’s been lost since moving here. When tracking my package it says arrived to the post office in Royse City and whenever I call to ask they say nothing is there always have to request a refund from Amazon.

- Hoping leaving a bad review will get someone’s attention there - I can’t get them on the phone to discuss this issue and one should not have to hunt down the mail delivery person to get mail/packages. Mail is frequently missing and being sent to the wrong address. We frequently get mail and packages for other addresses (same street number) in our box and deliver them accordingly. The general population cannot be trusted to return the favor and apparently the United States Postal Service cannot be trusted either to properly deliver in the first place. 🤷🏼‍♀️ You have one job. 🤨

Questions & Answers

Would love a phone number and not the 800 number that keeps you on hold for an hour.

I would call your local post office. It could be a number of different reasons. It could have been a certified that didnt get picked up? Usually they are only left at the post office for 15 days. You get an original notice if you were not home and then a 2nd notice is given in your box letting you know the return date. It could have been your address was incorrect on a letter and it was returned? If you dont check your mail box and the carrier brought back your mail. A notice if left and your mail can be returned after 10 days. I'm not sure what form you received? So best advice would be to contact your local post office and speak with a manager.

Is there another number to contact besides the 800 number and the local number? I have been trying for a week and no answer.

This is unfortunately the way it has been for years now. The local number is the best option. Michelle is the best to talk to. Good luck.

How do I complain about wrong delivery of mail? I have always had a problem but this past week has been really bad. The box the mail belongs to is my neighbor. Why can’t the mail person get it right?

You will need to contact the station manager if this dosent help, contact the post master or that facility.

Do they have a self service Kiosk?
