Bought a weed eater about 10 years ago ( still) and had difficulty getting button feed to release...plastic of course...but any way..the tech took it to the back and cut the nut off with little damage to threaded shaft...more importantly he made a loyal customer next time I need a mower... great customer service!!! A day later bought a new weed eater...same brand...David was very helpful and knows the importance of customer relations....cuddos for his skills with customer.... I have been a retail manager most of my life and it's hard to find that kind of employee with that kind of skill... quick pointer....and you probably know this but maybe remind everyone...A customer who walks on to your store is there for a particular reason...to buy...make it your job to sell him something..find out w h at his need is and meet that need...
