Hayden Heights is so lucky to have Bo he is a true asset to our community. He’s always friendly and will stop to help you or just say hello. He wears many hats here in Hayden Heights he is our Community Park Manager Maintenance Man Snow Plow Operator Storage Unit Manager Animal Control I know he’s caught 4 possum’s and a squirrel just in my area and more possum’s and skunks right around the corner. We are very fortunate to have someone that’s approachable and caring. Bo THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!

The Myztic Mantra

Dale and Diane Jenne are the worst excuse of management that exists. UMH (the huge corporate owners) needs to find more professional and trained staff. Rude, nosey, will curse you out and walk right into your home unannounced and gossip your business (or make up lies) all over the park. Expect extreme flooding during rains. Expect extreme bias if you are actually intelligent and know your rights as a tenant.

Smaller trailer park. People seem decent. Traffic is horrible in the evenings when trying to get onto the main road.
