I reached out to Toy Barn via their contact page, seeking to sell my car to them. It was a low-mile car (6,000 miles) in perfect condition, and a particular vehicle that was selling over MSRP. I mention that to qualify that I wasn't looking to sell them just any vehicle; I was giving them an opportunity to purchase my car and resell it with a quick turnaround. I waited more than 2 weeks for a response, only to hear nothing. I called the dealership and left a voicemail, once again hearing nothing for several days. I call again, getting passed along to the inventory manager. He mentioned that he would get back with me on a price they could offer me after doing some homework. No calls were made; no emails were sent to me. Ghosted. Best part of the whole experience: they added my email address to their email list without my permission, and even after multiple unsubscribe requests, I'm still getting their emails. Well done!

I stoped by earlier today and Tommy was a really nice guy, he knew the perfect mix between serious business and fun. He knew how to treat his customers and i feel welcome to come back.
