We rent a house in the neighborhood. How do we access the pool? Is it a membership or part of HOA?

The Pool, Gym and Clubhouse are all a part of the Master Association. Owners are issued either a phone app for the Brivo system or can purchase an access card but must be the ones to authorize access to tenants. We would suggest reaching out to your landlord and they should be able to get access for you set up.

I'm looking to move to the area. Are the train tracks nearby as loud and I think they would be? I'm used to living on a culdesac, and I want to make sure I'm woken up by a train horn.

No, they're really not that loud, and the train usually comes through during the day.
