The apartments are very nice, decently priced and the amenities are good. I redacted one star because the management never attends calls during office hours. If you have any questions or concerns make sure to either call a week before its necessary or call several times a day. I had some maintenance concerns and my rent was messed up and it's taken several attempts to sort out what should have been a simple call and fix. The other star was redacted because there is no recycling on the premises, realistically I would give it a 3.5 star (-0.5 star for no recycling) if I could but google wont let me. I would also like to add that I've had no issues with nosey neighbors as one of the 1 star reviews suggest. Overall, the apartments are a good choice.

Great place to live, never had any issues in the three years I had lived there. Dave was easy to work with and always responsive to any concerns or maintenance issues.
