Giving y’all 5 stars for the service dept this week. In particular Clay did an outstanding job. He’s courteous and informative. I don’t like to have to spend that much money but in all fairness, I prefer to feel confident in the safety of my car. The tech seemed to do a good job too. Everything is working as it should.

(Posted this once b4 but worth repeating!) Lincoln stole the “sanctuary” commercials, but it sums up my driving experience with my Acura MDX. Kristi Thorton ALWAYS greets me and I know she understands how much I LOVE my car. Life is crazy and my car IS my sanctuary. I am a teacher of elementary kids and my 1 hour round trip is my time for me in the car that I love. I wouldn’t consider trusting my car with anyone other than Kristi and her team. (Thank you Zak and Jamie for helping!) Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you for reaching out. Kudos on your wonderful team lead by Kristi. YES! We will come pick-up your vehicle, bring it back to the dealership for service, and return it to you once the service is completed. We will keep in touch throughout the process using video, text, email, and phone - whatever works for you! It is free within 10 miles of the dealership, and offered for a small charge outside of 10 miles, depending on how far away your are located.
